As a Manager you will:
  • Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions in all areas of service offered by the S&CC practice
  • Foster client relationships and play a key role in selling services to the clients
  • Supervise junior staff and manage client engagements
  • Participate in and initiate business development
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives to increase awareness and sustain a positive image and reputation for the S&CC practice
  • Contribute to the development of emerging service line offerings
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in environment, or related science, or engineering (BSc, BEng)
  • Graduate degree (MBA, MSc, MA) with a focus on S&CC issues, systems and strategy is an asset
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (the ideal candidate will have both industry and consulting experience)
  • Sound understanding of the S&CC needs of various industry sectors, with a focus on the energy sector 
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of enterprise risk management, corporate strategy, business and financial  analysis, and corporate reporting within the context of S&CC
  • A self-motivated individual who pursues a personal growth plan to stay abreast of professional and industry developments
  • A skilled and articulate oral and written communicator; an effective listener who communicates actively to keep key people informed
  • Bright, conceptual and strategic thinker
  • Able to operate well with minimal supervision and considerable autonomy
  • Highly organized, but flexible and responsive
  • Willing and able to travel (~ 15-20%) in Canada, the United States and on selected occasions overseas
