ENGLISH TEACHER/COMMUNITY OFFICER
- Proven English teaching skills/qualifications (ie: TEFL)
- Very good bahasa Indonesian and bahasa Inggris knowledge is essential
- Passion for helping others with an outgoing and energetic personality
- Western/expatiates and Indonesian candidates welcome to apply
Barefoot Conservation is a non-profit NGO running community programmes in the remote villages of Raja Ampat, East Indonesia/West Papua. We also run science diving projects which would enable you to get free diving and dive training* during your spare time. This is a minimum 4 month contract due to the need for you to build close relations with the local communities your be working with.
We are looking for candidates to join us through 2015, but one position is available immediately.
