An exciting opportunity has recently arisen with our waste management client for an experienced Project Manager. This company is international and leads the industry in the UK. The organisation is both dynamic in nature and has clear aims for business expansion. This position requires you to have technical knowledge as you will provide design solutions, supervision for landfill, contaminated land remediation projects, site investigation and drilling work. Tender writing and contract preparation will form part of this role, as will the supervision and control of CDM projects. You will also liaise with third parties such as the Environment Agency, planners, contractors and members of the public. Educated to degree level in Environmental Science/Engineering, Earth Science or a related subject, you will possess two years working experience of waste, environmental and contaminated land business areas. Computer skills and the ability to write detailed reports are essential. You must also be able to travel and work anywhere throughout England and Wales.
