We are seeking a Energy Efficiency Project Developer to work in our Beijing office. This is an exciting opportunity in which the successful candidate will lead business development activities including sourcing project opportunities. Carry out project development tasks including fixed problems associated with projects to make them ready for commercial development. Negotiating project structures with project owners. Develop and maintain relations with customers, partners and government agencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and find energy efficient project opportunities in China.
- Technically and commercially problem solve energy efficiency opportunities to make them commercially viable – simply develop project opportunities to make them work.
- Negotiate commercial structures with project owners.
- Propose opportunities for the company to develop
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years work experience in an energy efficient area with either a business development or investment function, preferably in China.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English language
