Energy Efficiency Engineer - Facility Commissioning - Irvine

Sequence is seeking an Energy Efficiency Project Manager to oversee the commissioning and re-commissioning of facility projects throughout the Southern California marketplace.

The ideal individual would have 8+ years of experience in the design and construction of energy efficiency programs that involve long term measurement and verification strategies. This would include the initial identification of potential projects, evaluating facility systems, working with customers to develop an energy efficiency plan, identifying and installing systems, and verifying energy efficiency data results on a regular basis.

This is a senior level opportunity that will require business development, estimating / budgeting, proposal creation, engineering and staff management responsibilities for all projects in the region. Candidates must have excellent technical engineering skills related to monitoring based energy efficiency programs.

Requires a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. MS preferred. California Professional Engineering (PE) Registration is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
