Description
The Role of the Reporting & Environmental Compliance Manager:
Establish Global / Regional MI Reporting Systems to capture Energy, GHG, Water and Employee Travel Data on a periodic basis
Ensure Management Information (MI) Systems are operated to ensure data integrity and completeness in accordance with Clients Validation Standards
Develop and maintain scorecards and reporting systems to support Clients CSR requirements Report to Client quarterly and annually regarding progress against CSR targets
Produce monthly reporting for management regarding progress against contract targets and highlight any deviations from plan
Maintain awareness of current Government environmental legislation & reporting requirements for designated scope of services. Prepare periodic compliance submissions to Government Departments and regulators
Analyse reporting for data trends, improvement opportunities and highlight areas of focus to management
Provide Account and Client training on use of MI reporting systems and processes
Support and work with Clients CSR Director & team to help produce annual CSR reports and interim update
Support Clients third party Validation Audits via provision of information and audit visit support
Drive and support knowledge sharing within the Account and LOB teams
   
The ideal Reporting & Environmental Compliance Manager should have/be:
Practical knowledge and experience of Energy & Environmental Legislative schemes
Current knowledge of the Energy Management market and trends is essential
Excellent communication, relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills; external and internal customers
Demonstrable technical expertise in implementing and delivering leading edge data management and reporting solutions within the Energy Services industry
Technical expertise in management of Environmental Compliance and/or Reporting
Evidence of continued professional Development
