NJC Scale AP1 (£16,818 - £17,991) + 8% contribution pension

Changeworks provides high quality advice and information about sustainable energy, affordable warmth, water efficiency, waste prevention and sustainable transport face to face, over the phone, and at events. 

This is a field based role interacting with householders on their doorstep. You will join a team of energy assessors who will gather data and provide tailored energy advice to householders. In this role you need to have exceptional customer service skills as well as being target driven and have the ability to communicate complex information in a straightforward and accessible way to a wide range of audiences. You will be a dynamic team player with a drive to engage and motivate people both face to face and on the telephone.
