Bring your experience of energy management to work in our environmental team to develop a sustainable estate for the future. 

Your experience and knowledge of carbon reducing solutions will be instrumental in the University achieving its long term sustainability strategy.  As part of a small team you will be involved in engaging with staff and students to promote all matters related to energy and carbon saving.  You will be leading and implementing the University's energy procurement strategy, and developing specifications, guidance and best practice to support the Estates and Facilities Team in regards to the construction, renovation and maintenance of our estate.

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced energy manager, be able to work effectively as part of a team with the ability to influence others in energy and carbon matters.  Experience of the management and procurement of energy and utilities is essential.  With problem solving skills and the ability to use latest technologies and best practice to help energy and carbon reduction in our buildings, you will be expected to operate in a highly professional manner, building and maintaining effective relationships across the University.
