 The Energy Saving Scotland advice line provides high quality advice and information about sustainable energy, affordable warmth, water efficiency and sustainable transport over the phone, face to face and at events.

We have a position for an Energy Advisor Quality Champion  In this role you need to have exceptional customer service skills as well as being target driven and have the ability to communicate complex information in a straightforward and accessible way to a wide range of audiences. You will be a dynamic team player with a drive to engage and motivate people both on the telephone and face to face.

 This role will also involve supporting senior staff to deliver and maintain our excellent customer service record.   You will require strong written and oral communication skills and have experience in managing customer feedback and complaints to an effective resolution.  You will also be part of a quality monitoring team, providing regular feedback and coaching to Energy Advisors.  

This post is most suited to a candidate with previous complaints handling and quality monitoring experience gained within a customer service environment Full training on energy efficiency will be provided.
