The Energy Saving Scotland advice line provides high quality advice and information about sustainable energy, affordable warmth, water efficiency, waste prevention and sustainable transport over the phone, face to face and at events

 You will join a team of energy advisors based in a call centre environment.

 In this role you need to have exceptional customer service skills as well as being target driven and have the ability to communicate complex information in a straightforward and accessible way to a wide range of audiences. You will be a dynamic team player with a drive to engage and motivate people both on the telephone and face to face.

 This post is most suited to a candidate with previous call centre experience, however, applications without that experience will still be accepted.

 Full training on energy efficiency will be provided.
