Endangered Species Associate

Under the direction of the Endangered Species Coordinator, the Endangered Species Associate will work on a variety of conservation projects related to the conservation of endangered and at risk species. Activities will include preparing status assessments and listing petitions for rare and endangered invertebrate species. Primary responsibilities will include: creating species distribution maps, conducting literature reviews, communicating with scientists, synthesizing scientific information, assessing species’ status and threats, and adding species information to the website
