Salary: £17,874.48 Per annum

We are looking for an organised and dedicated individual who can work in a busy environment to join our team based in Sheffield.

As an Employment Officer you will be responsible for sourcing employer vacancies that match the job goals of customers as well as working with people of all ages to understand the key qualities employers required and how to prepare for employment. You will contribute to work focused training days and workshops, as well as sourcing and setting up work experience placements to enable customers to gain work ethics and skills to match employer expectations. You will track and monitor customer progression and job outcomes in order to ensure that job sustainability targets are met.

An ideal background would be within the sales or employment sector as well as previous experience of training unemployed people would be an advantage. You will have experience of working within a fast-paced environment as well as working towards KPI’s. The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills and be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team. You will possess excellent IT skills and have the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively.

35 hours per week

A full clean or near clean driving licence is essential.
