Salary: £17,874.48 – £26,560.54 per annum

We are currently seeking a dedicated Employment Officer to join our Chesterfield team, in which you will advise and support customers into work placement opportunities.

The right candidate will have experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with current clients, as well as the ability to seek potential employment vacancies that are suitable to customer needs. You will be responsible for planning and preparing induction sessions in accordance with the contract and produce and development the customers individual training plan.

You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, work to deadlines and targets and manage your own workload effectively. A track record in employment brokering is desirable as well as a good understanding of various job search techniques and the local labour market. A Good knowledge of Derbyshire is essential.
