Salary: £17,874 per annum

BTCV Employment Services in Cardiff has successfully delivered employment programmes for 25 years. We aim to secure our clients sustainable employment and provide the support and guidance required along the way.

As an Employment Broker you will engage directly with employers and match clients to vacancies, supporting customers to secure employment as well as providing in-work support to ensure sustainability. Your performance will be monitored weekly against set performance targets.

You will also be required to: 
- Network and develop effective working 
relationships and partnerships
- Generate live vacancies for clients through 
business development
- Monitor and review performance against objectives
- Work as part of a multi-skilled team providing 
hands-on job focused training and support
- Offer advice and guidance to move customers into
sustainable employment
- Responsible for matching customers to jobs

Key Skills and Experience required:
- Qualification or experience in recruitment or 
marketing is desirable
- Experience of working with unemployed people and 
supporting customers into employment
- Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets 
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate and good presentation skills.

A full driving licence and access to transport is required.

37.5 hours per week
