Employment Advisor x 2

Groundwork London is a leading social and environmental regeneration charity delivering over 500 social and environmental projects each year, many of which support people to stay in education, gain new skills and secure employment.   

We are seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to generate eligible referrals onto our Family Works programme, provide Information, Advice and Guidance to assist our workless clients into sustainable employment.

We are seeking customer-focused and target-driven individuals to assist and motivate clients to overcome barriers to employment.  You will hold IAG level 3 or above and have experience in delivering a structured IAG programme.

Your responsibilities will include outreach work to encourage clients to join our provision, working with individuals on CV writing, interview skills, applications and job-search techniques, undertaking assessments, designing and monitoring individual action plans and delivering training.

As a team player, you will offer excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills. You will independently source and secure other employment opportunities with employers and actively broker clients into these roles.
