Employer Liaison Officer x 2 – Green Work 4 All

Are you passionate about supporting people into training and work using your coaching and confidence building skills?
We are seeking two Employer Liaison Officers to join our Green Work 4 All team utilising an innovative approach to deliver wrap around support to unemployed Londoners participating in Green Skills training courses.
The Employer Liaison Officer role supports the Green Work4All Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with Green Sector employers across the capital with the aim of securing employment roles and opportunities for clients.
Groundwork London is a leading social and environmental regeneration charity. We deliver over 500 projects each year aimed at: supporting people to stay in education, gain new skills and secure employment; reducing our environmental impact through energy efficiency, waste minimization, reuse and recycling; and engaging communities and enterprise in improving their environment.

• Good interpersonal skills to meet the needs of clients and funders alike
• Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to understand and follow compliance process requirements
• The ability to succeed in a target driven team to achieve contract outputs
• Are able to manage your own outputs and also contribute to the success of the wider team
