Employer Engagement Specialist . based in Cheltenham and Swindon

Salary: £23,122.55 per annum

BTCV Enterprises is a leading provider of recruitment and employment focussed training.

We are currently looking for an experienced Employer Engagement Officer to join our team based in the South West.

Within this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers to engage them in our provision to provide sustainable job opportunities and recruit customers. Through effective business development, self generated leads and leads from colleagues you will be able to increase the portfolio of productive employer relationships to ensure that the job vacancies and performance related targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have experience of developing and leveraging relationships to generate new business and will have a track record of success of working with employers to secure vacancies. You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively and communicate effectively at all levels, as well as possess a clear focus on achieving the company objectives and performance targets. An understanding of the Welfare to work sector is desirable as is experience of working in a recruitment or sales background.

A Full UK driving license is essential and must be flexible to travel within the UK.

37.5 hours per week.
