The Education Manager is responsible for overseeing the educational quality of the Santa Monica Mountains Institute field science program. This is the senior most education position at the Santa Monica Mountains Institute and reports to the Institute Director. The Education Manager supervises the field science educators and will take the lead to recruit, hire, train, and evaluate the education staff to encourage excellence in our service to students. This is a newly created position at Santa Monica Mountains Institute and will be located in the Santa Monica Mountains, CA near the Ventura county line. Santa Monica Mountains Institute is growing and changing and there is excellent opportunity for professional growth for the right candidate. This is a full-time, 12-month-a-year position. |
