Part-time (up to 22.5 hours per week) contract for up to nine weeks

Leading magazine Green Futures is looking for an Editorial Assistant to support the publishing cycle -  from the initial research for a feature, to a perfectly proofed printed page. Reporting to the Managing Editor, the Editorial Assistant will help with a variety of tasks: defining briefs for freelance writers, checking facts and sub-editing finished pieces. They will also play a key role in editing content for the web, photo research and media monitoring.  This is a short term contract to the end of 2012.
