We are seeking a number of enthusiastic ecologists to join our team. Do you have a genuine interest in ecology, conservation and protected species? Are you interested in having more involvement in conservation and research projects and not just commercial consultancy and would you like to get involved in advanced bat projects including advanced survey techniques, trapping and radiotracking rare species as well as get involved in the newer Earned Recognition licenced project with Natural England.
We run a range of varied projects and are looking for ecologists with a real passion who are self-organised, able to work independently and as part of a team, have a full clean driving licence, be capable of working flexible hours as required by the surveys conducted.

Position: Ecologist/Senior Ecologist
We are seeking full or part time ecologists to join our team. The role will include managing projects from quotation to invoicing, undertaking surveys, liaising with clients, data analysis and producing reports, as well as working with the team on larger projects.
For this role we are looking for a self-organised candidate who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience of phase 1 habitat and protected species assessments, Biodiversity Net Gain calculations and report writing skills and experience, as well as at least 1 protected species licence including GCN and/or dormouse. Holding EPS licences is desirable. CIEEM Associate or Full membership – or eligibility to join at this level.
Competitive salary in the region of £28-38k+ PA pro rata dependant on experience and role
Position: Gradute/Junior Ecologist
We are seeking a full or part time ecologist to join our team . The role will include helping the ecologists and seniors with project management, undertaking surveys, data analysis and drafting reports, as well as working with the team on larger projects, including advanced bat surveys and radiotracking projects on rarer species. For this role we are looking for a self-organised candidate who is able to work independently as well as part of a team, have a full clean driving licence and be capable of working flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have experience of phase 1 habitat and protected species assessments and report writing skills and experience. CIEEM qualifying membership or eligibility to join at this level.
Competitive salary in the region of £24k-28k PA pro rata dependant on experience

We are seeking enthusiastic seasonal ecologists to join our team to assist with undertaking surveys and data analysis as well as working with the team on larger projects.
