Ecologists- All Levels

Red Kite is an integrated team of professional chartered Landscape Architects and Ecologists. We are creative, friendly, commercially focused and put our client’s aspirations and environmental sustainability at the heart of everything we do. We provide landscape architecture, ecology, and greenspace consultancy services throughout the UK for a diverse client base.

Due to our continued success we are now seeking enthusiastic and passionate people to join our growing team. So if you are looking to work with a friendly and professional team based in our lovely, converted church in Telford, Shropshire then please get in touch. We can offer full or part time contracts, flexible home-based working and career pathway support for the right candidates. We are currently looking to recruit the following people.

Senior Ecologist– Ideally with a minimum of five years relevant industry experience. A level 1 or 2 bat survey licence would be preferable. Would suit someone looking to progress from Ecologist and take on  a more independent role within the team. Salary range depending on experience £28-£35K.

Ecologist– Ideally with a minimum of three years relevant industry experience. Working towards or recently achieved protected species licences would be preferable. Would suit someone who has gained relevant experience since graduating and looking to make the next step up. Salary range depending on experience £25-30K.

Assistant or Graduate Ecologist– Ideally with an ecology related qualification with some relevant work or voluntary experience. Would suit someone seeking a career in consultancy and developing their skills and knowledge within the team at Red Kite. Starting salary would be £20k per annum with annual increments linked to career progression and personal development plan.
