We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual with a passion for the environment, community and working with people to create change. You will support local authorities and organisations with the delivery of the EcoTeams project with households in Nottingham and other parts of the UK. Eco Teams is a community based environmental project that works with households to bring about an increase in environmental knowledge and opportunities for practical environmental action, while strengthening ties between people and their local community. The successful candidate will have a background in environmental and community work and relish the challenge of creating positive change. Your communication and networking skills will enable you to develop effective relationships with local authorities and organisations and your project management skills will ensure effective delivery of a number of consecutive projects. This is a full time position . Closing date for applications is 1st August 2008. Interviews will take place on 14 August 2008. |
