Eco-Schools Project Officer

TIDY Northern Ireland is seeking an outstanding individual, who will join our small staff team based in Belfast, to deliver projects as part of the international Eco-Schools Programme, sponsored by Airtricity, supporting schools in developing this pupil-led environmental management system.

Eco-Schools Project Officer

37.5 hours per week; Salary £21, 893

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated enthusiastic individual with strong project management experience in a school setting. A teaching qualification is essential while project management experience and understanding of environmental management systems are desirable.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be IT literate and have the ability to work accurately with attention to detail and to prioritise and cope with a demanding workload.

You will have specific responsibility for the successful development and delivery of projects and activities and will be expected to meet targets within budget and on time.
