As Door 2 Door Coordinator you are responsible for managing the door 2 door fundraising program in Sweden for Greenpeace Nordic. Your relevant experience in face-to-face fundraising is invaluable to achieve annual face-to-face program plans and result objectives. You will be using your experience in running the program by recruiting, training, coaching and motivating team leaders and recruiters.
You will monitor the program performance and implement strategies to increase Door 2 Door fundraising results together with Team Leaders. You will manage team leaders and recruiters of 2-4 door-2-door teams in Sweden, and work closely with other Direct Dialogue Coordinators in Greenpeace Nordic. It is also expected that you lead from the front and work together with teams on the field on a regular basis. This will involve extensive travel and some evening work as a normal part of the role
Qualifications include:
- Relevant 2+ years face-to-face fundraising experience or alternatively similar working knowledge obtained via professional training over similar period
- Leadership experience – proven ability to inspire teams to achieve goals
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to manage multiple teams efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
