Together with the Overseas Development Institute, four of the largest humanitarian non-government organisations (NGOs) have formed a consortium to implement a project to build support for Disaster Risk Reduction/Climate Change Adaptation (DRR/CCA), based on work in three countries: Ethiopia, Mozambique, and Uganda. In Ethiopia the consortium members are CARE Ethiopia, Save the Children UK, and Oxfam GB Ethiopia.
