The Director of Operations will work with both the Kentucky and Tennessee Chapters and will be responsible for finance and human resources, as well as oversight of facilities and technology information services. S/he is responsible for development and implementation of annual budgets, submission of periodic and annual financial reports and monitors overall expenses of the chapters, including reporting on capital expenditures and debt. S/he is also responsible for developing operational guidelines to ensure efficient management of the program and compliance with regulations. S/He provides assistance to all levels of personnel on various HR-related issues andincludes supporting managers with recruitments, processing employment paperwork, and orienting new employees. Responsible for ensuring organizational HR programs and initiatives are supported and implemented locally. Duties are highly confidential and require broad and comprehensive knowledge of TNC’s policies.
