The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds is the largest wildlife conservation organisation in Europe, with over one million members. Our work is driven by a passionate belief that we all have a responsibility to protect birds and the environment.
We are looking for an experienced senior HR professional who can provide strategic leadership and direction for both the HR Directorate, and the Society as a whole, so we can achieve the ambitions set out in the corporate strategy. You will be a member of CIPD, with broad experience, ideally in a not-for-profit or a multi-site organisation. Robust and highly motivated, you'll be a great leader, relationship builder and communicator.
An understanding of nature conservation is an advantage.
