Director of Global Change Programme

ippr is going global.

For 21 years ippr has been undertaking research to shape policy and practice in the UK.  But increasingly our work transcends national boundaries.  This year we are working with partners in 25 countries.

ippr’s new Global Change Programme will bring together our highly-regarded work on climate change, migration, security and human rights to bring new insights to policy challenges with the aim of informing and influencing policy and practice at home and abroad.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead this new programme of work. They will be responsible for setting the strategic goals and priorities of the programme and for overseeing the people, project and financial management. The post holder will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, good political antennae and the organisational ability to develop and oversee a wide-ranging research programme.
