Reporting to the VP Marketing & Business Development, the Director, Business Development will maintain Offsetters position as a recognized leader in the carbon management industry through the determination, revision and maintenance of the company’s strategic market focus.
The Director, Business Development is accountable for managing the overall business development program, generating new leads and converting leads into customers, and working with the Offsetters team to ensure products and service offerings meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. This is a key role in Offsetters’ growth plan and represents an intersection of relationship sales, technical prowess, and proven commercial skills
