Description and Key Responsibilities of the Role: The Director of Investments (Greater China) will be responsible for: Assisting the Head of Investments to manage all aspects of our investment activities. The execution, due diligence and closing of projects. Quality control for all IC memos/presentations. Managing day-to-day operation/resources of the investment teams. Supervising and co-ordinating all financial modeling and analysis. Assisting the Head of Investments to manage/exit investment assets. Preparing regular investment reports.
Key competencies and qualifications include: Extensive investment banking, asset management or investment experience. Strong leadership in the execution of transactions. The ability to establish credibility and represent Climate Change Capital with external parties including clients and investors. A proven track-record of identifying market opportunities and mobilising teams to take advantage of them. Strong decision-making, problem solving, financial and analytical skills. Ability to prioritise effectively and multi-task in a highly pressured environment. Fluent and confident in both Chinese and English. The ability to communicate and negotiate with external parties in both languages.
