World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the global conservation organization, seeks an experienced Fundraising Professional to lead its Development Research team. The ideal candidate will bring significant prospect research and donor management experience to build and manage WWF’s prospect research program in support of individual and institutional giving. The director is responsible for the production of research products and oversees prospect identification, donor relationship management, electronic screenings/data overlays and analytics processes for prospect research. This position also directly supports the Office of the President and Senior Vice President of Development and manages a team of prospect researchers as well as external consultants and vendors.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; A Master’s degree is preferred. Ten years of experience in a fundraising environment is required with a minimum of 5 years of direct prospect research experience. Knowledge of conservation and environmental issues is preferred.
