We are seeking a Director, Administration to oversee the administrative and financial arms as well as human capital for C40. The Director, Administration will manage and direct all of C40’s business practices and operations including finance, legal, human capital management, information technology, and facilities. The individual, while fostering a collegial environment, will also ensure the administrative capability of the organization, making decisions and business improvements necessary to support both headquarters and regional teams, delegating effectively and solving problems based on thoughtful planning and analysis.
The Director, Administration will build and maintain a strong finance department, providing leadership and direction for financial policy and overall management of financial operations, and ensuring compliance with U.S. and local statutes. This individual will provide direction and management of the budget, financial reporting and controls, systems, forecasting, accounting, audit and investment, while connecting finance department processes and procedures with C40’s overarching programmatic strategies and mission.
The Director, Administration will also oversee the implementation of international structures for C40 including establishment of potential new offices in Europe and Asia and setting up country registrations. The Director, Administration will be a key part of the management and executive teams for C40.
