We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated individual at the Director level to join us on this journey. The individual will play a key leadership and delivery role in our Communities and Socio-Economic team, where they will also actively contribute to the shaping of our business and the future! The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will lead our Communities and Socio-Economic team which currently has a focus on socio economic and health impact assessment as well as wider strategic consulting around social infrastructure, social value, environmental economics and stakeholder engagement. We are looking for an experienced individual to help us build upon recent successes and to lead us into new areas of work within this service sector. You may have a specialism in socio-economics, environmental economics, social value and social return on investment engagement, project appraisal and funding, health impact assessment and or community engagement / stakeholder consultation. You may have a background in research and policy and you may have worked in the property sector or within major infrastructure, or across both. Whatever your experience is, we are looking for you to take a lead in developing, mentoring and growing our existing team: delivering existing projects and winning new work; ensuring the highest levels of client care; developing propositions with established networks within your specialist area; and helping set Temple’s strategic direction.
