The Direct Dialogue Coach is a fast paced and exciting role within the Fundraising Department at Greenpeace Australia Pacific. You will work closely with the Direct Dialogue team to raise vital funds that will support the amazing, world changing campaigns run by our organisation. This is a full time, permanent role. 80% of your average working day will be spent on the streets leading, training and motivating your face to face team who will engage the community and recruit new long term supporters of Greenpeace Australia Pacific (GPAP). Recruitment of these supporters is a key element of GPAP’s three year strategy to bring solutions to some of our most urgent environmental problems.! Key Duties and Responsibilities The Direct Dialogue Coach’s role is to: recruit, train, coach, set targets and manage the performance of 10+ face to face fundraisers. The Coach will also be responsible for undertaking administrative duties and will also contribute to the Direct Dialogue Department in the strategic development of the program.
