Job title: Direct Dialogue AdministratorReporting to: Direct Dialogue Coordinator Location: Sydney Closing Date: Midnight, 9th June 2015 Work in a supportive and positive team environment to help Greenpeace protect the environment from destruction. About the role: This position is a fixed term, part time position for 3 months. The successful candidate will be required to work 21 hour per week. The Direct Dialogue Administrator fits within the Direct Dialogue team in the Fundraising Department. This position is vital to increasing the financial resources of Greenpeace through the recruitment of new financial supporters. The Direct Dialogue Administrator’s role is to undertake a variety of administration duties around the Direct Dialogue programme including recruitment of Direct Dialoguers, venues and permits, Direct Dialoguer payroll and reporting, maintenance and stock control of materials. The Direct Dialogue Administrator will also contribute to the Supporter Acquisition Team in the strategic development of the programme and attend management, team leader and team meetings.
