Digital Fundraiser (m/f)

Location: London, 32 hours per week

FOUR PAWS is seeking a talented digital fundraiser to plan, execute and evaluate online campaigns to support the objectives of the UK team. This will require a range of involvement to include strategic, creative and analytical activities designed to improve online fundraising.

 Duties will include:

  • Collaborating with fundraising, communications and campaigns staff and, where appropriate outside agencies/consultants to develop, design, implement, and evaluate digital fundraising and sponsorship programs for the purpose of driving donor acquisition, upgrades, and retention.
  • Make recommendations to improve donor conversion and stewardship. Ensures donor stewardship standards are met by working closely with the Head of Individual Giving in order to maximize net income.
  • With the Head of Individual Giving, plan and develop the digital strategy for FOUR PAWS UK and provides creative direction, analysis, production, segmentation and implementation to support various aspects of the Individual Giving program as needed, such as monthly giving and mid value programs.
  • Manage development of campaigns both creative and production of digital assets (forms, content, emails, etc.) for assigned donor development programs.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, program schedules and inventory for assigned online fundraising programs.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to drive program effectiveness. Work with staff and vendors to optimize online email and integrated campaigns, web properties and online fundraising processes.
  • Work with external data analysts to create selection requests and analyse digital development programs. Report on campaign results and implications.
  • Manage, analyse and improve online database growth efforts including paid advertising to increase acquisition and cross-selling to warm online and off-line audiences. Coordinate effort with online advocacy work managed by communications and campaigns teams.
  • Communicate with donors by responding to fundraising inquiries and solving problems based on interpretation of FOUR PAWS policy and programs.
  • Remain well informed on animal welfare issues and FOUR PAWS’ activities through interaction with the Programs and Communications departments. Serve as back-up of for HoIG when unavailable.
  • Assist Head of Individual Giving in online budgeting and reporting processes
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as directed.

 Your Profil:

  • Degree in fundraising and/or relevant professional qualification
  • Experience in the field of digital fundraising
  • Ability to work independently, results-oriented and innovative
  • Social competence combined with competitive intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS issues and values
  • Highly motivated, open-minded and balanced-driven personality

FOUR PAWS is offering an annual gross salary to £23,000 plus pension and benefits.
