Digital Communications and Marketing Officer

The role encompasses responsibilities around UK-GBC’s website, social media presence, marketing and a range of other communications to both members and a wider audience including events such as Ecobuild.

Working closely with the Head of Membership and Marketing, the Digital Communications and Marketing officer’s main responsibilities and duties include delivery of:

• UK-GBC’s member and non member communications (specifically E Communications)
• Day to day management and development of the UK-GBC website (in conjunction with external agencies)
• Managing and building UK-GBC’s social media presence.
• Providing tactical marketing and communications support for other UK-GBC projects and activities

The Digital Communications and Marketing Officer will therefore develop a thorough understanding of UK-GBC’s work and objectives, and the needs of its membership, to deliver effective first rate digital communications and marketing support.

The Business Development Officer’s role is to support and develop new and existing streams of income to increase the organisation’s overall impact.
