Development Planning Advisor (1)Job Location: Flexible within mid/north Wales Job purposeThe Development Planning Advisor (1) will be responsible for acting as point of contact with designated local planning authorities and developers for the majority of casework, identifying NRW interests in cases and ensure a timely and appropriate response is made to customers. Job Specific Requirements
Due consideration has been given to the Welsh language requirements for the post and the existing skills within the department. Taking this into consideration the Welsh language skills required for the post are at Level 3 – the ability to use basic Welsh conversational phrases (“bore da” – “good morning”) and to pronounce place names correctly. Level 5 - Fluency in spoken and written Welsh Level 4 - Fluency in spoken Welsh Level 3 - The ability to communicate with confidence in Welsh in some work situations Level 1 - The ability to use basic Welsh conversational phrases (eg “bore da” – “good morning”) and to pronounce Welsh place names correctly. StatusThis is a permanent, pensionable full-time appointment of 37 hours a week. SalaryNRW Grade C1 Starting Salary of £24,578.00. Salary subject to pay and grading review.
