Qualifications and skills:
· At least an M.SC in Water Resources
Management or equivalent
General professional experience:
· A minimum of 10 years experience in international
water sector project management and
administration in sub-Saharan Africa
Specific professional experience:
· Preferably several years of experience in water
sector project management and administration in
Ghana.
· Experience in the development of IWRM plans both
at basin scale and at national level.
Language skills:
· He/she shall be fluent in English (level 1 on EU
