• Excellent English language skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues;
• An interest in renewable energy;
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn about wind resource assessment and other aspects of wind farm project analysis;
• Self-motivation and drive to inspire to learn and drive forward Wind Prospect’s development in Bulgaria;
• Contribute to the culture of working in partnership and delivering capacity through our quality, pioneering and decisive approach;
• Able to adapt and work effectively and flexibly within a small team environment.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree level qualifications or equivalent;
• Previous experience in wind farm development or a related business;
• Be able to travel throughout Bulgaria and neighbouring countries and possibly on occasions further afield;
• Hold a current driving licence.
