Main duties:
- Analyzing the current overall situation of our local office in Zurich (approx. 10 employees)
- Setting up, designing, allocating and implementing necessary change activities in cooperation with the local team and FOUR PAWS Headquarters
- Leading and motivating the country team in order to energize dedicated staff and enforcing the innovative progress of FOUR PAWS values and strategies
- Implementing the local team structure and developing new fundraising fields (major giving, legacy, corporate fundraising)
- Optimizing internal communication and cooperation with all FOUR PAWS departments and units worldwide
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in the field of turnaround & change management projects including financial knowhow, preferably in a regional Swiss and/or non-profit organization
- Strong track record in successfully delivering the agreed change packages, proven reporting skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, German as additional asset
- Dedication to move the local office on the next higher level and passion to inspire the local team
- Exceptional solution and goal orientation, highly motivated and stress-resistant, open-minded and initiative, reliable and balanced-driven, confident appearance, transparent and open personality
