As Deputy Director for Finance and Resources, you should have the skills to provide expert financial management and guidance to our £4M-turnover charity, the vision to take forward the development of our recently-installed MS Dynamics accounting system, a solid grounding in charity, company and tax law, and the ability to help us set up new international offices. You should have sufficient knowledge of employment law and good practice, strategic planning, and governance to deputize effectively for the Director, and the ambition to move into the Director’s role in the next three to five years.
