Bush Heritage Australia is a leading conservation organisation, protecting our unique plants and animals and the habitats they rely on. In over 20 years our work has protected an estimated 73 animals and 92 plants from potential extinction, including iconic animals and birds such as the northern quoll, malleefowl and red goshawk. We work with Aboriginal communities, farmers and other landowners and manage 37 reserves around the country. Supporters are the life blood of the Bush Heritage. You will be responsible for supporting Bush Heritage’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring users around the country are well supported, our business processes are streamlined and that our supporters data is secure and well managed. Your responsibilities will include system configuration, report development, user accounts and security, data integrity, user support documentation and training, and software updates. You will also be a member of the Bush Heritage project team implementing Blackbaud CRM. To be successful in this role you will have experience supporting CRM users in a marketing environment and have an good understanding of CRM databases. You will bring outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage a multi-task workload autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
