We are looking for a Database Support Officer to work with our external agencies and internal customers to ensure the accuracy of our data, manage requests and detailed specifications as well as provide management reports. Our Contact Management database (CARE) is used to manage around 3 million contact records and an active supporter base of 750,000 generating a gross voluntary fundraising income of circa £40+ million a year. Reporting directly to the Head of Database Services within the Fundraising Division, you will work with our external agencies and relevant internal customers to ensure accuracy of our data, manage requests and detailed specifications as well as provide management reports. You will also investigate data related issues ensuring that long term solutions are achieved. You will have a demonstrable understanding of data structures and an acute attention to detail. You will be proud of your time management skills, your ability to prioritise and to build good relationships.
