For over 40 years Compassion in World Farming has been campaigning to create a world where all farm animals are treated with compassion and respect. To achieve this goal, Compassion is currently undergoing an expansion into Europe and beyond, with offices now in France, Italy, Poland and USA, with additional representatives elsewhere. To support this expansion, Compassion are expanding its CRM database team and have a requirement for a new position, responsible for managing the current UK fundraising system, The Raiser’s Edge. This role will primarily support the UK fundraising and direct marketing programme through production of segmented mailing files, ensuring the highest levels of data integrity across over 100k unique records (especially transactions and other supporter information), carrying out analysis of results and supporting all users of the system.

You will also support the International CRM Manager in the implementation of Compassion’s new organisation wide cloud based CRM system: Salesforce. This role represents a great opportunity to expand your current knowledge and be part of a team as we implement the world’s number one CRM system worldwide.

You will have experience of using The Raiser’s Edge (or similar) and have previously worked with or alongside a comparable Direct Marketing function. You will have experience of producing queries, mailing files and carrying out data imports. An understanding of the necessity for data housekeeping and ensuring the accuracy of data held is also essential. Previous knowledge of working with Salesforce would also be a distinct advantage.
