About the role:

The position of Database Manager provides the overall strategic direction of Greenpeace Australia Pacific’s engagement database in terms of data integrity, payment processing, and data mining to allow the organisation to reach its engagement, income and organisational objectives. This position will play a leadership role in providing reporting and monitoring information on all fundraising and engagement programmes to support the organisation in adequately forecasting fundraising income to select effective fundraising activities and targets. This position will also support in NGO supporter behaviour trends analysis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Database Manager will be responsible for the overall planning and implementation of Greenpeace Australia Pacific’s engagement database and systems projects. They will use creative thinking and be analytically savvy in conducting research and analysis projects with complex data sources and work together with our internal teams and partners to interpret findings and build solutions.
