Our client is one of the biggest exporters of Ostrich Meat. They are currently looking to fill the position of Manager for their Malmesbury Abattoir. If you are a dynamic individual that strives for 100% quality in everything that you do, then this job is for you! Requirements:· A relevant tertiary qualification in the Agricultural sphere· At least 4 years experience in managing an abattoir· At least 5 years experience in a management position· Great communication skills· Ability to manage a large number of staff member· Ability to maintain good employee-employer relationships Responsibilities:· Manage and be responsible for the following aspects:§ The Management team of the abattoir§ Deboning§ Administration§ Finances§ Integration of ostriches and cattle by farmers· Liaising with local and international clients· Give guidance and consultation on best business practice· Manage the various department· Reporting to the Board of Directors If you feel that you suitably fit the above mentioned criteria then please forward a comprehensive CV with a cover letter to candicew@caenviro.co.za Foreign candidates that wish to be considered for the position need to be in possession of a valid South African work permit.
