Our client a globally accredited research institute working within the Agricultural industry is currently looking to fill the position of a Agricultural Economist for the area of KZN. Requirements: · A relevant tertiary degree in Agriculture (Majoring in Agricultural Economics)· Great organisational skills· Strong administrative and financial skills· Relevant knowledge of various Agro-industrial issues within the sugar industry· Knowledge of the regulatory framework governing the sugar sector· Previous experience within the sugar industry will be advantageous Roles:· Calculation of the division of industry proceeds· Examine and calculate the sharing arrangements between sugar farmers and sugar millers and assist in establishing the price of sugar· Execute all administrative tasks If you feel that you fit the above requirements mentioned then please forward your CV with a cover letter to candicew@caenviro.co.za Please note that should you not be notified within 14 days your application has been unsuccessful Foreign candidates who wish to apply must be in possession of a valid work permit and should submit a copy of it along with their CV.
