Customer Support and Sales Operations Associate

XZERES Corporation is a designer, developer and producer of distributed generation, wind power systems for the small wind market power management and efficiency devices for the commercial and light industrial market. Our company is a quick growing, fast moving company that is seeking a highly dedicated, highly energetic Customer Support & Sales Operations professional. 

The Customer Support & Sales Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring quality post-sales support for customers. This includes working to help resolve issues in supply chain and overcoming technical barriers. The role is also responsible for providing first level customer support and working with Operations to resolve technical issues via E-mail and phone. 

The role will also be responsible for coordinating cross functional business units (Sales/Operations/Finance) to achieve overall delivery against the agreed upon timeline and objectives and provide communication across teams and departments. 

Though this position will not directly supervise employees, the person in this role will be a very visible person throughout the company and strong leadership skills will be required. 

Requirements: 
· Bachelor’s degree in business-related or technical field required. 
· 2-3 years of experience in customer support and sales operations. 
· Demonstrated program management skills 
· Demonstrated ability to lead and influence leadership, peers, and subordinates. 
· Excellent verbal and written communication. 
· Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required. 
· Experience Start up and/or emerging companies a plus. 
· Experience with using CRM applications a plus. 

Compensation & Benefits:
