Conservation Services Group, Inc. (CSG) seeks a full-time Senior Customer Service Representative in the Midwest Customer Contact Center in Peoria, IL. This position is fast-paced and provides a high-energy opportunity for career growth and new learning opportunities. This position requires flexibility in hours, split shifts are required on an as-need basis. Schedule will be determined by Contact Center Supervisor. CSG's Peoria office is responsible for quality assurance, data processing and customer service activities for Midwest based energy efficiency programs.
